 The golf enthusiast will be spoilt for choice with many championship courses only a short drive away. There are three 18 hole and two 9 hole courses within a 15 minute drive from the hotel, so why not contact us about our green fees special.

 Cork Racecourse Mallow is a mere 5 minutes drive from the hotel and lies on a picturesque 200 acre site on the banks of the River Blackwater. Frequent race meetings take place throughout the year.

There are also various equestrian centres, riding schools and stables located within the local area.

The Blackwater catchment offers first class fishing of Trout, Salmon, Roach, Dace and Perch. The River Blackwater is considered as one of Europe's premier game and course angling rivers.

 For the discerning tourist Mallow offers the ideal base for touring the Lakes of Killarney, the Dingle Penninsula, the Ring of Kerry, the magnificent coastline of West Cork, the Old Midleton Distillery, the Queens town Story in Cobh, the Rock of Cashel and not forgetting the world famous Blarney Castle.
