What to do during your stay:
We are located in the heart of Mallow with many amenities close by.
We have boutique shopping on our doorstep, boutiques close by include Luna Bella, Marina Gerard, Morgan, Shooz and O'Flynn footwear.
Mallow has recently had a beautiful addition in the form of a state of the art childrens play park, and it is definatley worth a visit, situated on the grounds of Mallow Castle and about a 10 mnute walk from the hotel it is a must if you are travelling with kids. If your traveling on your own or in a couple the walks along the River Blackwater and Mallow Castle are beautiful and ideal if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle but dont want to have to drive during your stay.
Fancy enjoying a beautiful meal while your away, Mallow is quickly becoming a foodie travel hot spot, if your looking for variety you have picked the right place. The hotel serves a variety of choice, next door we have Khao, an asian street food restaurant, just beyond that there is Ocana's a family pub and restaurant which specialise in wood fired pizza and burgers. There are a variety of Chineese, Indian, Italian and Irish restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.
There is a Gate Cinema within walking distance of the hotel, ideal to pass away a wet January afternoon.
The Hibernian Hotel is located just a 30 minute drive to Cork City, 20 minutes to Blarney, 1 Hour to Killarney and Waterford, so if you fancy spending some time in Munster The Hibernian Hotel is a great location to start. We are easily accessable by public transport as we are a short walk from the train station and bus station.
