Mallow Dementia Awareness Workshops:

Building A More Inclusive Community Together

Raising awareness of dementia is a key mission for the Friends of ASI Mallow. To date, the group has successfully hosted eight dementia awareness workshops, reaching over 80 individuals from local businesses, sports clubs, and community organisations. Their commitment and passion have helped inspire a more compassionate, informed, and dementia-inclusive community here in Mallow.

Participants proudly display the ‘Friends of ASI Dementia Inclusive Community’ sticker — a visible sign of support, understanding, and inclusion for people living with dementia. Be sure to look out for these stickers around town and know that these businesses and groups are making a real difference.
